After worked for Nomura Securities over 21 years in the area of research, London and Japan institutional sales, and CEO at Nomura Bank GmbH, Koyama worked for several foreign asset managers in Japan as a head of sales and senior management roles. From 2014, he spent 2 years with Nikko Asset Management as head of global sales (international and institutional business Division), and Executive Vice President. He participated in launching new fintech venture called Toranotec in 2016 and worked for Toranotec Asset Management as CEO and President until September 2020.
Graduated from Keio University (BA in Economics), and received MBA from University of Southern California
